A wonderful place. The product line is amazing and you have to check out the classes they offer as well. There are also many services available at the center. It is a must see here in Nashville.

Center of Symmetry offers a quiet reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the West End area.
I had a very nice, deep massage, provided by Sherri who was friendly and informative. I did use a coupon, but didn't feel like a second class citizen! They treated me very well, and the full hour was spent in relaxation and sometimes in pleasant discomfort as the knots in my back were worked out. I felt wonderful when I left. They are in a nice facility in an older home near Baptist Hospital, however parking was an issue so plan to arrive early enough for your appointment to find a spot. There are many other services offered, that I have not taken advantage of.

I love walking through here and just taking in a feeling of relaxation and calm. I also go to HEROH chiropractic there and Dr. Ware is great. There are also free Reiki and meditation classes that I'm looking forward to checking them out.

I received a massage a few weeks ago from Isaac. I'm a personal trainer whose son was born a few days before your son. The work he did on my neck was profoundly helpful. I just wanted to reach out to say thank you again and to let you know that I'm trying to find a time to come see him in the next week or so. I've kept you and your family in my heart these few weeks. Isaac, I just wanted to let you know that the massage you gave me last week definitely gave me some lasting relief from my shoulder and neck pain. It was the most therapeutic massage I have ever had (and I've had many). The pain does come back after stressful events or when I sleep on the couch, don't drink enough water, etc. I'm working on minimizing all of those irritators!

Isaac, Thanks for a great massage yesterday! I'm road-tripping with some friends to Cleveland, OH for a wedding, and as we're sitting in terrible traffic, I thought I'd let you know I'm a little sore- kind of like after a workout- but feeling great! My shoulders feel much better.

Let's just say it was the best massage of my life! I have been back multiple times since and got over having a male massage therapist! The place was not weird either lol! I always feel so much better after having a massage here!! I love this place!

I had one of the best massages I've ever had at Center of Symmetry! Everyone was very nice and professional, I had my massage with Melissa who was very knowledgeable and willing to help with my migraines. I will be making a point to visit atleast once a month, I've recommended Center of Symetry to all of my friends since my appointment yesterday!

The wide variety of massage therapy offered at Center of Symmetry is nice to have in Nashville. I first went in to try their deep tissue massage and then the second time I just wanted to relax. Each time was specific and different. I hope to try the hot rocks. It is also next to Cafe' Coco, which is nice because I am almost always thirsty afterwards. Cosmic Connection used to be the 'go to' massage and metaphysical store. Now it has changed.

I was a little scared to start yoga classes but Barbara made me instantly comfortable by stressing that yoga is personal and your way of doing it the the right way. I'm constantly amazed by what my body is capable of. I can touch my toes now! My life is very stressful but I feel a little bit better, body and soul, every time I come to class. I wasn't the best eater (when I remembered to eat at all.) I thought Goldfish were a food group. I'm still not the best eater but I've definitely become better since joining the "My Food My Friend" group. It's great to have the support of Barbara and the others in the group with their recipes, ideas for ways to eat better and encouragement. I feel like I'm on the right track to having a much healthier relationship with food; breakfast every day, drinking lots of water and Goldfish in moderation!

Tucked away on Louise Avenue (next to Cafe Coco) and behind Exit In is a cozy cottage that has been renovated into the Center of Symmetry. For a few years now, I have driven and always been curious about checking out this unique Nashville business. I finally gave myself the opportunity when I was the winning bid at a charity benefit's silent auction for a gift certificate that included an hour long massage here. What a treat for me!
My massage itself was really quite rewarding and Billy is not only skilled but very professional massage therapist. I will only visit Center of Symmetry again because he does a spectacular job of working on all of the stress knots in my necks and back area. You can pick up a Frequent Massage Punch Card at the front desk where you can take advantage of receiving a FREE massage after buying four!
