Symmetry Hosts All-Day Educational Holistic Health Expo

Wellness center event features holistic health vendors and speakers

Symmetry hosts an educational Holistic Health Expo at their wellness center on Saturday, July 23rd from noon until 8pm. The wellness event features healing arts educators providing free wellness workshops (every hour on the hour) and local vendors displaying holistic wares. Admission is free and open to the general public (all ages).

“People will come learn natural ways to treat the mind, body and soul together for optimum wellness, says Symmetry owner, Amy Kiger. “This expo is a great way for the whole family to explore the many ways to bring holistic health practices into their lives. We are extremely excited to provide an all-day wellness event that will inspire, engage and empower the Nashville community. Attendees will learn holistic health skills that they will use in practical, everyday ways. We hold these Holistic Health Expos every other month and this expo’s theme is ‘Simple solutions to keep your mind, body and soul whole’.”
